התפקיד משלב בין עולם הגיוס לבין ניהול שוטף של מחזור חיי העובד בארגון. המשרה כוללת עבודה ממשקית הדוקה מול המחלקות השונות, מנהלים ומנהלות, מחלקות הרכש והכספים בארגון, ומציעה ראייה רוחבית ומעמיקה של פעילות החברה.

תחומי האחריות המרכזיים:

  • ניהול תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה: פרסום משרות, עבודה עם חברות השמה, איתור מועמדים/ות, סינון קורות חיים, ביצוע ראיונות טלפוניים, וליווי מנהלים/ות ומועמדים/ות לאורך תהליך המיון.
  • ניהול מחזור חיי העובד: קליטת עובדים, ליווי שוטף של העובדים במהלך תקופת העסקתם בארגון, ניהול תהליכי סיום העסקה ועוד.
  • תמיכה בפעילויות HR ורווחה: השתלבות בפרויקטים רוחביים של מחלקת משאבי האנוש, רווחת עובדים ואדמיניסטרציה תומכת.
  • בנוסף עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות הכספים והרכש בנושאים הקשורים לקליטת עובדים, תנאי העסקה, ציוד, וספקים.

דרישות:

  • עד 1-2 שנות ניסיון בתפקידי גיוס, כשניסיון מחברות השמה רלוונטי.
  • תואר ראשון בתחום רלוונטי - חובה
  • ניסיון בעבודה או ממשק מול מחלקות כספים ורכש - יתרון
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות
  • יחסי אנוש מעולים
  • סדר, ארגון ויכולת הנעת תהליכים
