Job Summary

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll help us understand what’s working. You’ll turn campaign and funnel data into clear reporting and recommendations that marketers and leaders use to decide where to invest. You’ll own our dashboards, reports, and campaign analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams so everyone is working from the same numbers.

This role is a great fit if you love finding the story in the data, care about getting the numbers right, and enjoy turning analysis into recommendations that people act on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboards & BI Reporting: build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for marketers and leaders to use.
  • Data Analysis & Extraction: pull and analyze data from our CRM, ad platforms, web analytics, and social platforms, and provide insights.
  • Campaign Evaluation: run pre- and post-campaign analyses covering channel, creative, audience, and timing, and turn the results into specific recommendations for the next campaign.
  • Testing & Optimization: set up and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, document the results, and provide recommendations.
  • Performance Readouts: prepare recurring performance readouts and scorecards for marketing leadership, keeping numbers accurate, current, and easy to act on.
  • KPI & Metrics Alignment: work with marketers to define the key metrics and KPIs for each program, and document definitions, data sources, and methodologies so reporting stays consistent.
  • Data Hygiene & Quality: check data for gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies before it reaches reports, and track down the cause with the owners of each tool.
  • Insights & Recommendations: present findings clearly to non-technical teammates, with a recommendation attached.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: perform other ad hoc analyses as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

  • Professional Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related role.
  • Spreadsheet Proficiency: strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • BI Tools: experience building reports or dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Analytics Platforms: experience with web or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform reporting, Semrush, etc.).
  • Marketing Metrics: solid grasp of core marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, funnel stages, and campaign ROI.
  • Detail-Oriented: strong attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work.
  • Communication: clear written and verbal communication, including explaining findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Work Style: self-starter who is comfortable working independently, prioritizing requests, and asking questions when something is vague.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • CRM/Automation Platforms: experience with CRM or marketing automation data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • AI & Emerging Tech: interest in AI tools and how to implement, use, and measure them.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
