Agility Robotics is deploying humanoid robots that are solving real-world challenges in logistics and manufacturing. Perceiving and understanding the world is critical to Digit’s success in these applications. The Enterprise Applications team is looking for a Staff PLM Architect to help build core systems and improve our work from the ground up.

What We Do

Everyone at Agility Robotics is a stakeholder and a partner. Enterprise Applications at Agility has a diverse range of functions, including support of MRP/ERP solutions, RFQ/RFP of in use or new products to align business teams, systems architecture, PLM, and scaling our manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to be responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the organization's enterprise application portfolio, with primary ownership of the NetSuite ERP platform. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency while ensuring platform stability, performance, and user adoption. You will oversee system configuration, customizations, workflows, integrations, and release management, ensuring all changes are aligned with business objectives and follow established governance and change management processes. You will also be accountable for maintaining compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, enforcing data governance standards to preserve the integrity and quality of enterprise data, and ensuring seamless integration between NetSuite and other business-critical systems. Working closely with IT, Security, Finance, and business teams, you will drive continuous improvement, optimize enterprise processes, and ensure the application ecosystem remains secure, reliable, and scalable to support the organization's long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions that improve business processes across the enterprise applications landscape.
  • Design, configure, and maintain NetSuite workflows, customizations, forms, saved searches, dashboards, roles, and other platform capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Design, implement, and support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange.
  • Ensure enterprise applications comply with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
  • Maintain and evolve the enterprise application architecture by evaluating current capabilities, identifying opportunities for standardization and modernization, reducing technical debt, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with the organization's technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to evaluate new solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize the overall enterprise application ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, support procedures, and knowledge articles while providing guidance and training to business users and support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions and application enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, saved searches, dashboards, SuiteFlow, and general platform administration. Experience with SuiteScript is preferred.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and software development/change management best practices.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining data governance standards, master data management practices, and ensuring data quality across integrated systems.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, role-based access controls (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit controls, and regulatory compliance requirements such as SOX.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing operational support, enhancements, and strategic projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex application issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, Finance, Operations, Security, and other business functions.
  • Experience documenting business processes, solution designs, technical configurations, and support procedures.
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience developing custom solutions using SuiteScript 2.x (JavaScript) to automate business processes and extend NetSuite functionality.
  • Proficiency with SuiteQL for advanced reporting, analytics, and efficient data extraction.
  • Experience using the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) to manage NetSuite configurations and customizations through source control and CI/CD deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for delivering enterprise application enhancements and projects.
  • NetSuite Specialist or Professional-level certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer) are preferred.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.

This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.

Anticipated Base Salary Range

$121,000—$190,000 USD
