酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.负责机器人产品量产测试工具的设计、开发与维护，覆盖功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试等场景； 2.主导产测软件平台（上位机、下位机、夹具控制等）的方案设计与代码实现； 3.负责产测流程的梳理与自动化，提升产线测试效率与覆盖率； 4.协同硬件、嵌入式、品质团队，定义产测用例与判定标准； 5.输出产测工具使用文档与培训材料，支持产线员工快速上手； 6.跟踪量产测试数据，分析漏检、误检等异常，推动工具与流程持续优化； 7.配合新产品导入（NPI）阶段，完成产测工具的适配与验证。

1.本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2.精通C/C++/Python等至少一种开发语言，熟悉串口、USB、网络等通信协议； 3.熟悉常用测试仪表（示波器、万用表、信号源等）的程控接口； 4.具备产测软件全流程开发经验，能独立完成从需求到落地的工具交付； 5.具备较强的现场问题排查与解决能力，能快速响应产线异常； 6.有机器人、消费电子、智能硬件产测工具开发经验者优先； 7.具备良好的文档编写与跨部门协作能力。 加分项 1.熟悉LabVIEW、TestStand等测试平台； 2.有产线自动化测试或MES对接经验； 3.熟悉图像处理、视觉算法在产测中的应用。
