岗位职责 1. 多模态数据治理与标准化交付 - 负责无本体采集硬件（MEgo View头戴全景设备、MEgo Gripper二指夹爪）产出的多模态数据（视觉RGB、IMU姿态、触觉力反馈、音频、位姿轨迹等）的接收、解码、清洗与标准化处理。 - 基于Python/C++编写高效数据处理脚本，完成多源数据的时间对齐（亚毫秒级同步）、6D轨迹重建与数据筛选，将原始采集数据转化为“开箱即用”的训练数据集，保障交付数据满足模型训练与真机落地要求。 - 践行“高价值密度数据”理念，参与数据标注规范制定与质检体系建设，提升数据复用率与有效数据产出效率。 1. 采集系统部署与规模化运维 - 负责MEgo Engine数据治理平台中核心处理管线的日常维护与性能优化，保障从原始数据接入→解析→清洗→结构化→输出的全链路稳定运行。 - 管理大规模多模态数据在云端对象存储与本地NAS的分层存储，优化数据存取效率与存储成本。 - 建立监控告警机制与自动化巡检流程，对数据采集系统异常问题进行快速定位、排查与解决。 2. 交付流程建设与生态协同 - 参与从需求确认→采集方案设计→数据生产→验收交付的全流程闭环，输出标准化交付文档（数据说明、质量报告、元数据信息）。 - 与产品经理、算法团队及采集运营团队（含全国采集网络合作方）高效协同，推动问题解决与流程优化。 - 配合搭建数据版本管理与元数据体系，沉淀数据处理方法论与最佳实践。

任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、机器人等相关专业优先。 - 1-3年Python/C++开发经验，能独立编写模块化数据处理脚本；具备良好代码规范意识。 - 熟悉Linux系统，具备软件部署、服务调试、日志分析与故障排查能力。 - 了解多传感器数据同步原理（时间戳对齐、外参标定）或机器人学基础知识（位姿、运动学）。 - 有具身智能、人形机器人或自动驾驶数据交付/数据标注经验。 - 了解无本体采集、真机遥操或仿真数据生成流程，熟悉ROS/DDS等机器人通信中间件。 - 具备数据标注规范制定、质检体系建设或数据质量管理经验。 承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 将 MEgo 系列硬件产出的原始多模态数据完成解码、亚毫秒级时间对齐、清洗标准化，稳定输出满足模型训练与真机落地的高质量数据集。 2. 保障 MEgo Engine 数据处理管线稳定运行，做好大规模多模态数据存储、监控巡检，保障规模化数据生产链路通畅。 3. 参与建设标注规范、质检、元数据与版本管理体系，提升数据价值密度与复用效率。 4. 打通需求‑采集‑生产‑交付全闭环，协同内外部团队完成数据集交付，沉淀数据处理流程与最佳实践。
