1、深入理解客户业务场景、痛点及战略目标，挖掘潜在需求，根据业务流程梳理进行可行性分析； 2、根据客户/场景需求、数据，研究并推动AI 算法的应用，设计、优化算法模型，探索并构建算法模型和技术解决方案； 3、与研发产品部门，带领团队在当前产品能力基础上，完成算法合作、端侧软件开发、云端开发，结合客户/市场需求完成任务流程打通并常态化部署落地； 4、建设团队内项目管理及开发体系，提升开发质量与交付效率，保障客户项目在现场的落地应用；

1、计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理、自动化等相关领域硕士或博士学位； 2、精通 Python 编程语言，熟悉 Transformer 架构、PyTorch 或 DeepSpeed 等深度学习框架； 3、掌握生成式大模型的基本原理，熟悉 MotionGPT、Llama2、Mixtral 等预训练模型以及预训练与微调流程； 4、熟悉 Prompt Engineering 和大模型 Agent 应用开发，有相关项目经验； 5、具有 5 年以上开发相关工作经验，有成功的机器人、自动驾驶行业产品量产落地经验者优先；
