方向选择 候选人可根据自身项目经验和兴趣，选择工业、服务业或商业场景中的一个或多个部署方向。 岗位职责 1. 参与部署项目从需求理解、现场勘察、环境部署、设备接入到联调验收的全流程工作。 2. 完成感知、导航、抓取、运控、交互等能力的参数配置与流程编排。 3. 接入 PLC、相机、末端执行器及业务系统，完成软硬件联合调试。 4. 围绕任务成功率、失败类型、运行节拍、长稳运行和异常恢复开展测试并推动问题闭环。 5. 处理超时、重试、降级、人工介入、安全退出和任务恢复等现场异常。 6. 沉淀部署脚本、场景配置、测试记录、验收材料及故障排查说明。

1. 硕士研究生及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制、计算机、电子信息、机械电子、人工智能等相关专业。 2. 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 Linux、Git、Shell、Docker、基础网络通信和日志排查。 3. 理解机器人感知、导航、规划控制、机械臂操作、任务编排或外设通信中的至少一个方向。 4. 具备真机动手调试、结构化分析和问题闭环能力。 5. 具备良好的交付意识和沟通能力，可接受必要的项目现场支持及出差。 加分项 - 有机器人比赛、真机课题、工业自动化、服务机器人或部署实习经历。 - 熟悉 ROS2、DDS、Nav2、MoveIt、OpenCV、点云处理或工业通信协议。 - 有自动化测试、长稳测试、部署脚本或完整项目交付经历。
