Är du sjuksköterska med erfarenhet av akutsjukvård och söker nya möjligheter?

Agito söker en engagerad akutsjuksköterska för konsultuppdrag i flera delar av sverige, långa som korta uppdrag. Du får bidra med din kompetens i varierande verksamheter och ge patienter trygg och säker vård när behoven är som störst. Ingen erfarenhet av akutsjukvård men är nyfiken på att testa nytt, skicka in en ansökan du med!

Om uppdraget

Uppdragets innehåll och placering anpassas efter verksamhetens aktuella behov och din kompetens. Du arbetar i ett team med andra professioner och bidrar till ett strukturerat och patientsäkert omhändertagande.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Bedöma patienters vårdbehov och prioritera insatser utifrån aktuellt hälsotillstånd.
  • Utföra sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter inom akutsjukvård.
  • Planera och följa upp vårdinsatser i samverkan med vårdteamet.
  • Hantera läkemedel säkert och enligt gällande rutiner.
  • Dokumentera strukturerat och bidra till en trygg och patientsäker vård.
  • Skapa goda relationer och bemöta patienter och närstående professionellt.

Vi söker dig som

  • Är legitimerad sjuksköterska med 2 års erfarenhet
  • Har god förmåga att göra medicinska bedömningar och planera vård.
  • Arbetar strukturerat med dokumentation, läkemedelshantering och patientsäkerhet.
  • Är självständig, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad.
  • Har en positiv inställning till förändring och känner dig trygg i nya arbetsmiljöer.
  • Har god samarbetsförmåga och är bra på att skapa förtroendefulla relationer.
  • Är flexibel och kan anpassa dig till olika uppdrag och resor.
