Voor onze klant in Leuven zoeken we een jobstudent die het team Actuariaat Niet-Leven ondersteunt bij de administratieve verwerking van schade-attesten Auto.

Jouw taken:

  • Behandelen van vragen die binnenkomen via verzekeringsagenten.
  • Analyseren van schade-attesten en de bijhorende polisgegevens.
  • Beoordelen welke administratieve verwerking noodzakelijk is.
  • Aanpassen van autopolisgegevens wanneer nodig en volgens de vooropgestelde richtlijnen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Op een professionele en klantgerichte manier communiceren over de uitgevoerde verwerkingen.
  • Overleggen met collega's van Actuariaat Niet-Leven bij complexere dossiers.
  • Je bent momenteel ingeschreven als bachelor- of masterstudent.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je verwerkt informatie zorgvuldig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je leert vlot nieuwe programma's, systemen en procedures aan.
  • Je communiceert schriftelijk op een professionele en klantgerichte manier.
  • Je hebt interesse in de verzekeringssector. Voorkennis is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je bent tijdens het academiejaar minstens één volledige dag per week beschikbaar
