  • Je identificeert en ontwikkelt nieuwe bouwprojecten en detecteert commerciële kansen in een vroeg stadium.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt een sterk netwerk met diverse stakeholders zoals ondernemers, architecten, studiebureaus, investeerders, leveranciers, onderaannemers en bestaande klanten.
  • Je maakt doelgericht en gestructureerd gebruik van CRM-systemen en digitale tools ter ondersteuning van het commerciële traject.
  • Je fungeert als commercieel aanspreekpunt voor klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Je denkt samen met klanten, hun adviseurs en interne teams mee over de haalbaarheid, technische aanpak, planning en budget van projecten.
  • Je analyseert plannen en lastenboeken en werkt in nauwe samenwerking met engineering en calculatie dossiers verder uit, met aandacht voor alternatieve en creatieve oplossingen.
  • Je presenteert en verdedigt jouw uitgewerkte voorstellen – inclusief prijszetting, planning en technische onderbouwing – op een overtuigende manier bij de klant.
  • We zoeken een bouwkundig ingenieur met sterke commerciële vaardigheden en een duidelijke feeling voor business development.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen industriebouw, projectontwikkeling of technische sales en combineert dit met een stevige technische achtergrond en commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in het analyseren en interpreteren van plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en vergunningsdossiers.
  • Je haalt energie uit het opbouwen van nieuwe contacten, prospectie en het realiseren van deals, en je werkt daarbij zelfstandig en doelgericht.
