Voor een ambachtelijke bakkerijketen in Asper zoeken we een enthousiaste assistent-winkelverantwoordelijke. Je combineert klantencontact met het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse winkelorganisatie en het begeleiden van collega's.

Omschrijving

Als assistent-winkelverantwoordelijke ben je de rechterhand van de winkelverantwoordelijke. Je helpt de winkel vlot draaien en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een uitstekende klantenservice.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Ondersteunen van de winkelverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse organisatie van de winkel
  • Mee opstellen en coördineren van werkplanningen en uurroosters
  • Helpen bij bestellingen en het opvolgen van de voorraad
  • Begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van winkelmedewerkers
  • Toezien op de naleving van hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen (HACCP)
  • Klanten vriendelijk bedienen en zorgen voor een uitstekende service
  • Meehelpen aan de kassa, bij de verkoop en bij de dagelijkse winkeltaken
  • Zorgen voor een nette, aantrekkelijke en goed georganiseerde winkel
  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en communiceert duidelijk.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, enthousiast en positief ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt organisatorisch inzicht en kunt collega's motiveren.
  • Je blijft rustig tijdens drukke momenten en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor orde, netheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne.
  • Je bent bereid om afwisselend op zaterdag of zondag te werken.

Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Vooral je motivatie en potentieel om een team te begeleiden zijn belangrijk!

Uurrooster

  • Voltijds: 38 uur per week
  • 5 werkdagen per week
  • Afwisselend weekendwerk op zaterdag of zondag
  • Je werkt volgens een planning in overleg met je collega's.
