Heb jij ervaring met een bull of wiellader en hou je van een afwisselende job waarin je zelfstandig aan de slag kunt? Werk je graag met grote machines en steek je ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen?

Voor een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in de Gentse haven zoeken we een ervaren bullchauffeur in 2 ploegen. Je komt terecht in een moderne industriële omgeving waar je instaat voor het bevoorraden van productie-installaties, het verplaatsen van bulkgoederen en het laden van vrachtwagens.

Een uitdagende functie met verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en ruimte voor initiatief!

Omschrijving

Als bullchauffeur speel je een belangrijke rol in het productie- en logistieke proces. Je werkt voornamelijk met een wiellader, maar voert ook andere praktische taken uit.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bevoorraden van 3 verpakkingsinstallaties met verschillende soorten zout met behulp van een bull (wiellader)
  • Mengen van bulkzout met additieven volgens de productiebehoeften
  • Laden van vrachtwagens en silowagens
  • Aanvoeren van ruw zeezout naar de drooginstallatie en productietoren
  • Wegvoeren en stockeren van afgewerkte producten
  • Verplaatsen en opstellen van mobiele transportbanden met de heftruck
  • Bedienen van transportbanden tijdens het lossen van zeeschepen
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van de wiellader en de mobiele en vaste transportbanden
  • Indien nodig bedienen van de halfautomatische bigbaginstallatie, inclusief het ophangen van lege bigbags en aanbrengen van beschermhoezen
  • Stockeren van afgewerkte pallets met de heftruck
  • Zorgen voor orde en netheid in de bulkloods en op de kade

Je combineert machinewerk met praktische en deels manuele taken. Flexibiliteit en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn daarom belangrijk.

Vereisten

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als bullchauffeur of wielladerchauffeur. Dit is een vereiste.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig wielladerattest of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om verschillende taken uit te voeren.
  • Je steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je kunt je flexibel opstellen tijdens drukke periodes, zoals de wintermaanden en het lossen van zeeschepen.

Uurrooster

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel:

  • Vroege ploeg: 05.00 – 13.10 uur
  • Late ploeg: 13.00 – 21.10 uur

Tijdens piekperiodes, voornamelijk in de winter en bij het lossen van zeeschepen, wordt enige flexibiliteit verwacht.
