Voor een stabiel, internationaal actief familiebedrijf in de staalverwerkende sector in Evergem zoeken we een administratieve collega met interesse in sales en ambitie om verder te groeien.

Je start met een ondersteunende functie waarin je de producten, klanten en interne werking leert kennen. Dankzij een grondige opleiding krijg je de kans om jouw kennis uit te breiden en op termijn door te groeien naar Internal Sales of zelfs een commerciële managementfunctie.

Wat wordt jouw takenpakket?

Je verwerkt orders en commerciële gegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem.

Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij de dagelijkse administratie.

Je controleert facturen en volgt dossiers op.

Je maakt rapporten en overzichten op.

Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroming.

Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je meer klantencontact en commerciële verantwoordelijkheden.

Je hebt een bachelordiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste administratieve of commerciële werkervaring.

Je werkt vlot met Excel, Word en bij voorkeur een ERP-systeem zoals SAP.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee.

Je bent klantgericht, leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe uitdagingen.

Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.

Je woont bij voorkeur op haalbare afstand van Evergem.
