The posting

Voor onze afdeling Coilfab zoeken we een collega MIG/MAG-Lasser-Machinebedienaar.

Binnen de afdeling wordt er sterk op polyvalentie ingezet, wat leidt tot een sterk gevarieerde functie.

Wat houdt je job in?

  • Je wordt opgeleid tot bedienaar van een buizenplooimachine. Hierbij sta je in voor het kwalitatief plooien van de gemaakte buis tot coilcircuits. Deze coilcircuits stapel je vervolgens met de stapelaar tot een coilblock. Op termijn ben je hiervoor één van de back-up operatoren en wordt deze positie vooral ingevuld door een vaste bedienaar.
  • In je opleiding word je ook opgeleid tot bedienaar van de pipemill. Deze lasmachine maakt van rollen bandstaal een buis tot 65m lang. Je bewaakt hierbij het lasproces, de afvoer van de buizen en de plaatsing van nieuwe rollen bandstaal. Op termijn zal je afwisselend ingeschakeld worden om de pipemill te bedienen in periodes van enkele uren.
  • Buiten de twee machines bestaan de meeste werkposten uit laswerk. Tijdens de machine opleidingen word je ook als lasser ingezet in de zones waar geen certificaat voor nodig is.
  • Na de nodige basiservaring met het proces en de machines binnen Coilfab zal je gevraagd worden om enkele certificaten te halen om in alle laszones deel te kunnen werken. Deze certificaten worden behaald tijdens de werkuren op kosten van de werkgever. Deze certificaten zijn nodig om drukhoudende delen van de coils af te lassen. Momenteel is er nood aan een getalenteerde lasser die ook aan de testbak reparaties zal kunnen uitvoeren. Vandaar dat ook een lasproef zal afgenomen worden tijdens de sollicitatie.
  • Je bent een ervaren MIG/MAG lasser.
  • Je hebt interesse in de werking van productiemachines en bent bereid om hun werking onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je zoekt een functie met veel variatie.
  • Je bent bereid in een twee-ploegenstelsel te werken (vroege-late).
  • Een resultaatgerichte, gedreven en flexibele houding is evident voor jou.
  • Een rijbewijs heftruck is niet verplicht maar is een plus.
