Voor een firma in Herentals zijn we op zoek naar een productiemedewerker.

Als productiemedewerker:

zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het schuren, slissen en uitvoeren van oppervlaktebehandelingen volgens de hoogste normen.

Je zult werken aan verschillende projecten en producten, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor detail van vitaal belang zijn.

Het is een dynamische rol waarbij je samenwerkt met een team van ervaren professionals om hoogwaardige producten te produceren.

Een deel uit jou takenpakket:

Regelen en bedienen van de schuurmachines

Manueel en met de handschuurmachine schuren

Producten kunnen voorbereiden voor het aflakken en vernissen

Gepaste schuurtechnieken kunnen toepassen

Accuraat: binnen de normale tijd een taak correct en op de meest efficiënte manier voltooien

· Zin voor samenwerking: bereid zijn om gemeenschappelijk eenzelfde taak uit te voeren

· Kritisch ingesteld zijn: aandacht hebben voor fouten bij zichzelf of in de omgeving

· Flexibel: bereid zijn zich aan te passen aan gewijzigde omstandigheden

· Leergierig: actief zoeken om vaardigheden te verbeteren

· Veiligheids- en milieubewust: voorkomen van situaties die personen en milieu kunnen schaden

· Verantwoordelijkheidszin (zorgen dat alles goed functioneert en verloopt)

· Zin voor orde en netheid

Vaktechnische competenties:

· Kunnen lezen van werkdocumenten

· Activiteiten kunnen plannen rekening houdend met beschikbare tijd en plaats, machines en gereedschappen

· Kennis van de werking, de instelling en de bediening van de schuurmachines

· Kunnen kiezen van de juiste schuurwijze en schuurkorrel in functie van de houtsoort en van het gewenste eindresultaat

· Kennis met betrekking tot het handschuren

· Kennis van de gepaste schuurtechnieken

· Houtsoorten en plaatmaterialen kennen en herkennen en er de gebreken in herkennen

· Gebreken in de oppervlaktebehandeling kennen
