The posting

Als Operator aan de extrusielijn ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, bedienen en controleren van de productielijn. Je bewaakt het volledige proces, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsvereisten.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Instellen en bedienen van de extrusielijn.
  • Controleren van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde folie.
  • Registreren van productiegegevens en opvolgen van parameters.
  • Samenwerken met collega's van productie, onderhoud en kwaliteit.
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en bijdragen aan een efficiënter productieproces.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkomgeving.

Wat is een vlakfolie-extrusielijn?

Een vlakfolie-extrusielijn is een geavanceerde productielijn waarin kunststof grondstoffen, zoals PET en PP, onder hoge temperatuur worden verwerkt tot dunne, vlakke folies.

Het proces bestaat uit verschillende stappen:

  • Extruders: kunststofkorrels worden gesmolten en homogeen gemengd.
  • Voedingsblok & matrijs: het gesmolten materiaal wordt gevormd tot een vlakke folie.
  • Koelwalsen: zorgen voor de juiste dikte, structuur en afwerking.
  • Wikkel- en snijsectie: de folie wordt op maat gesneden en opgerold.

De geproduceerde folies hebben een dikte tussen 0,25 mm en 1,2 mm. Dankzij innovatieve meerlaagse technologie kunnen eigenschappen zoals sterkte, barrièrewerking en het gebruik van gerecycleerde materialen gecombineerd worden.

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde collega die graag technisch bezig is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma in een technische richting (secundair onderwijs).
  • Technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen.
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk).
  • Een teamgerichte en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.

Ervaring met kunststofverwerking of extrusie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Met de juiste motivatie en technische interesse krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
