The posting

Als Maintenance Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning, technische uitvoering en administratieve opvolging van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan productie-installaties, nutsvoorzieningen en rollend materieel. Je begeleidt en coördineert externe contractors, analyseert technische storingen en voert waar nodig zelf herstellingen uit. Daarnaast garandeer je een betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van de installaties door proactief in te zetten op preventief onderhoud en continue verbetering. Je volgt het volledige onderhouds- en inkoopproces (inclusief Purchase Orders) technisch en administratief nauwgezet op in SAP.

Je voert deze taken uit op de meest veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte wijze.

Tot je taken behoren o.a.:

• Het zelfstandig analyseren en verhelpen van storingen, uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het coördineren en begeleiden van externe contractors.

• Beoordelen, prioriteren en afstemmen van onderhoudsaanvragen met de betrokken afdelingen zodat de werkzaamheden optimaal worden ingepland en de impact op de productie tot een minimum beperkt blijft.

• Administratief verwerken en afsluiten van werkorders in SAP, inclusief werkzaamheden, uren, materialen, onderdelen en technische bevindingen.

• Beheren en archiveren van technische documentatie, rapporten en registraties.

• Zelfstandig organiseren van het volledige aankoopproces voor technische onderdelen, materialen en externe diensten (van technische specificatie en offerteaanvraag tot PO aanmaak in SAP, levering en administratieve opvolging).

• Ervoor zorgen dat de werkzaamheden uitgevoerd worden volgens de geldende voorschriften en procedures voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, gezondheid en milieu, inclusief het bijsturen van contractoren aangaande veiligheidsuitvoering wanneer nodig.

• Signaleren van onveilige situaties, melden en waar mogelijk direct verhelpen.

• Zorgen voor orde, netheid en 5S tijdens en na de werkzaamheden.

• Een bachelor diploma binnen een relevante technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;

Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een onderhoudsafdeling;

• BA5-certificaat of bereid dit te behalen

• Kennis van SAP is een plus;

• Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, geschreven en gesproken, en een goede kennis Engels.
