AGO JOBS & HR zoekt voor een bedrijf in Beerse een Sales & Order Management Medewerker. Om de verdere groei en professionalisering van de salesafdeling te ondersteunen, wenst het bedrijf het team uit te breiden met een extra, dynamische medewerker. Deze functie focust op het operationele en administratieve luik van het salesproces, inclusief het beheer en de opvolging van (openbare) aanbestedingen, en draagt bij aan een vlotte en gestructureerde dagelijkse werking. De Head of Sales behoudt de eindverantwoordelijkheid en staat in voor de dagelijkse aansturing en opvolging.

Doel van de functie

De Sales & Order Management Medewerker ondersteunt de interne salesorganisatie en fungeert als een centrale schakel tussen klanten, sales, productie en logistiek. De functie combineert orderbeheer, facturatie en leveringsplanning met een actieve rol in (openbare) aanbestedingsdossiers.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden

  • Ingeven, beheren en opvolgen van verkooporders in het ERP-systeem (Globis).
  • Opmaak, controle en verzending van facturen.
  • Planning en opvolging van leveringen naar klanten, in overleg met de logistieke afdeling en externe logistieke partners.
  • Lanceren en opvolgen van productie- en inkooporders in samenspraak met de Head of Sales.
  • Administratieve voorbereiding, opvolging en indiening van (openbare) aanbestedingen.
  • Bewaken van deadlines, conformiteit en volledigheid van aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met betrekking tot bestellingen, leveringen, facturatie en aanbestedingen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met sales, productie, logistiek en management.
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de implementatie en verdere optimalisatie van het ERP-systeem Globis.

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met (openbare) aanbestedingen en bijhorende administratieve processen is een plus.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve salesfunctie, orderbeheer of customer service is een sterke plus.
  • Goede kennis van ERP-systemen; ervaring met Globis is een troef maar geen vereiste.

Vaardigheden

  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht en een gestructureerde werkstijl.
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en sterk in het bewaken van deadlines.
  • Proactieve en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht
  • Teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen.

Talenkennis

  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Goede tot zeer goede kennis van het Frans en Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
