AGO JOBS & HR zoekt voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de verhuur, verkoop en service van persluchtinstallaties, stroomgroepen en straal- en spuitapparatuur een verhuurconsulent in Wijnegem.

Wat houdt de vacature in?

Ben jij klaar om je stempel te drukken als veelzijdig technisch commercieel medewerk(st)er binnendienst bij Euromat? Kom ons team versterken en neem de leiding over de organisatie van onze verhuurafdeling terwijl je een uitzonderlijke klantenservice biedt. Als aanspreekpunt voor vragen over verhuur en technische informatie krijg je de kans om klanten te adviseren, offertes en contracten op te stellen en toezicht te houden op de transportlogistiek.

Wat is jouw rol?

  • Je bent in eerste instantie verantwoordelijk voor de volledige organisatie van de verhuurafdeling.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, voor alle verhuurinformatie en technische informatie over huurmachines.
  • Je adviseert de klant en doet graag iets extra voor hen
  • Je maakt offertes & aanbiedingen voor verhuur van machines en materieel en je volgt deze verder op, je maakt ook de huurcontracten en huurfacturen op
  • Je organiseert de transportplanning voor leveringen en afhalingen op werven en bij de klant.

Als ideale kandidaat beschik je over

  • Een oprechte toewijding om klanten nauwgezet op te volgen en hun tevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans in woord en geschrift, zodat je doeltreffend kunt communiceren.
  • Eerdere ervaring in een technische werkomgeving die je inzicht in de sector voedt.
  • Vaardigheid in Outlook, Word en Excel, zodat je taken efficiënt kunt beheren.
  • Onberispelijke organisatorische vaardigheden en aanpassingsvermogen om meerdere verantwoordelijkheden aan te kunnen.
  • Sterke communicatie, commercieel inzicht en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden die zinvolle contacten bevorderen.
  • Een servicegerichte en behulpzame instelling, die goed gedijt in een dynamische en snelle omgeving.
  • Stressbestendigheid en een flexibele aanpak van verschillende uitdagingen.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig en samen te werken binnen een ondersteunende teamomgeving.
  • In het bezit zijn van een geldig rijbewijs B, zodat je mobiel bent voor interacties met klanten.
