Als Storingstechnieker bij Lotus Bakeries ben je onderdeel van een toegewijd team dat instaat voor het snel en veilig oplossen van technische storingen aan de productielijnen. Jouw rol is cruciaal om de productie zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je technische expertise in mechanica en elektriciteit zorgt ervoor dat storingen efficiënt worden aangepakt en de machines betrouwbaar en veilig blijven functioneren.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Storingen oplossen: Je analyseert technische storingen en zorgt voor een snelle, efficiënte en veilige oplossing.
  • Productielijnen ombouwen: Je ondersteunt technisch bij het ombouwen en aanpassen van productielijnen, zodat verschillende producten op dezelfde lijn kunnen worden geproduceerd.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren: Je voert preventieve onderhoudswerken uit om technische problemen te voorkomen en de stilstand van onze productielijnen tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Verbeteringen realiseren: Je detecteert mogelijkheden om onze installaties en werkwijzen te verbeteren, bespreekt je ideeën met collega's en zet deze om in concrete acties.
  • Technische projecten ondersteunen: Je brengt je technische kennis en ervaring in bij grotere technische investeringsprojecten en helpt mee om deze succesvol te realiseren.
  • Technische expertise delen: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en deelt je kennis en inzichten om de betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie van de installaties verder te verhogen.

Jij bent iemand die graag nauwkeurig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een productieomgeving.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Kennis en Vaardigheden: Je hebt een goede theoretische basis in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of elektronica, aangevuld met relevante praktijkervaring. Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis en hebt een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen. Je bent leergierig en staat open om je technische kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Werkethiek: Je bent gedreven, betrouwbaar en kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en gaat graag op zoek naar de oorzaak van technische problemen. Je hebt oog voor orde, netheid, veiligheid en hygiëne, wat essentieel is binnen onze productieomgeving.
  • Werkregeling: Je werkt in nacht van 21:00 tot 05:00.
