The posting

Voor onze klant, een internationale en duurzame chemische groep in de regio Evergem, zijn wij op zoek naar een accurate Administratief Medewerker Maintenance & Magazijn. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij de onmisbare schakel achter de schermen van de onderhoudsdienst. Je combineert administratief beheer in SAP met het hands-on beheer van het technisch magazijn, zodat de technici veilig en efficiënt kunnen werken.

  • Aankoop- & Leveringsopvolging: Je maakt bestelaanvragen (PR's) op, vraagt offertes aan bij leveranciers/contractors, volgt bestellingen op tot aan de levering en verwerkt afwijkingsdossiers.
  • Onderhoudsplanning in SAP: Je geeft preventieve onderhoudsplannen in SAP in, koppelt de juiste documentatie en houdt technische informatie op het niveau van functional locations up-to-date.
  • Magazijn- & Stockbeheer: Je beheert de masterdata en de stock, voert de goederenontvangst en -uitgifte uit, organiseert transporten en neemt volwaardig ownership over de orde en structuur in het technisch magazijn.
  • Onboarding & Praktische Support: Je stelt introductieplannen op voor nieuwe collega's, regelt praktische zaken (badges, werkkledij) en geeft hen een basistraining in SAP.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma óf hebt een eerste ervaring opgebouwd binnen een magazijn- of onderhoudsomgeving (affiniteit met techniek is een sterke troef).
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met SAP (of een gelijkaardig ERP-systeem).
  • Je werkt uiterst georganiseerd, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig; je bent een proactieve meedenker die ownership durft te nemen.
  • Je bent communicatief en assertief ingesteld en drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent een combinatie van een administratief talent en een hands-on doener op de werkvloer.
