The posting

Voor een toonaangevende en groeiende onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en strategische Head of IT & PMO. In deze veelzijdige en verantwoordelijke functie neem je de leiding over de IT-afdeling en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de CEO. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en bent verantwoordelijk voor IT-governance, projectmanagement, cybersecurity, leveranciersbeheer en de verdere digitalisering. Samen met een team van vier IT-collega's zorg je voor een stabiele, toekomstgerichte omgeving die directe impact heeft op de groei van de organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitbouwen en ondersteunen van de IT-strategie en zorgen voor een succesvolle uitvoering van de IT-roadmap
  • Prioriteren van IT-initiatieven en zorgen voor een optimale afstemming tussen businessnoden en IT-oplossingen
  • Beheren van het IT-budget en opvolgen van de relaties met externe IT-partners, softwareleveranciers en consultants
  • Opnemen van de verantwoordelijkheid voor de governance en strategische opvolging van het ERP-programma
  • Beheren, prioriteren en coördineren van de volledige IT-projectportfolio van analyse tot en met implementatie
  • Bewaken van de planning, het budget, de timing, de risico's en de voortgang van alle lopende projecten
  • Garanderen van de continuïteit, performantie en cybersecurity van de IT-omgeving
  • Fungeren als bruggenbouwer tussen business, IT en externe partners, en nauw samenwerken met key users om processen te optimaliseren
  • Organiseren van projectoverleggen en coördineren van testen, opleidingen en implementaties van nieuwe systemen
  • Aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van een team van vier IT-medewerkers
  • Begeleiden van verandertrajecten en creëren van draagvlak binnen de organisatie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Handelsingenieur, TEW, Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkwaardige richting
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in ERP-projectmanagement, IT-projectmanagement, digitale transformatie, businessanalyse of procesoptimalisatie
  • Je bent organisatorisch en sterk in plannen, en je combineert een analytische mindset met een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig, weet mensen mee te krijgen en bouwt vlot relaties op met verschillende stakeholders (ervaring met coaching is een duidelijke troef)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans
