Als polyvalent operator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot verloopt en springt bij waar jouw hulp het meest nodig is.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Je bedient en controleert verschillende productiemachines en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct blijven draaien
  • Je staat mee in voor het inpakken en verpakken van de producten
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de producten en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct afgewerkt worden
  • Je springt flexibel bij op verschillende plaatsen binnen de productie en verpakking
  • Je helpt mee om de werkposten netjes, ordelijk en efficiënt te houden
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt tijdelijke medewerkers op de werkvloer en legt hen de verschillende taken en werkmethodes duidelijk uit
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe of tijdelijke medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat zij goed weten wat van hen verwacht wordt
  • Tijdens drukke periodes steek je graag een extra tandje bij en help je mee waar nodig

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, maar motivatie en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn minstens even belangrijk
  • Je vindt het fijn om verschillende taken uit te voeren
  • Zowel inpakwerk als het bedienen van machines spreken je aan
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit
  • Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen en zelfstandig kan werken
  • Je bent sociaal en communicatief ingesteld
  • Je werkt voornamelijk in daguren, maar tijdens de drukke eindejaarsperiode ben je bereid om je flexibel op te stellen binnen een ploegenstelsel
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en springt spontaan bij wanneer collega's of de productie extra ondersteuning nodig hebben
