Pour l'un de nos partenaires industriels de premier plan, nous recherchons activement un(e) Opérateur(trice) sur ligne automatisée Vous intégrerez un environnement de production moderne, dynamique et axé sur la qualité et la sécurité.

Mission principale

Rattaché(e) directement au Superviseur de Production, votre rôle consiste à produire des profilés standard de type PRC sur une ligne de production entièrement automatisée, tout en garantissant le respect strict des dimensions, des quantités et des standards de qualité requis.

Vos Responsabilités & Tâches

  • Pilotage de la ligne automatisée : Assurer la conduite et le réglage de la ligne de profilage (dérouleur, profileuse, poinçonneuse, cisaille, convoyeur) conformément aux ordres de production (ERP).
  • Contrôle Qualité rigoureux : Effectuer des contrôles dimensionnels réguliers (longueur, largeur, hauteur, diamètre/position des trous, vrillage, bombage) à l'aide d'instruments de mesure (pied à coulisse, mètre, calibres). Vous êtes le dernier garant de la conformité du produit avant l'expédition.
  • Changement de bobines (coils) : Collaborer avec les pontiers pour l'approvisionnement, réaliser les manipulations techniques de chargement et de mise en route de la ligne (manuelle puis automatique).
  • Gestion informatique : Encoder les données de production et les résultats des contrôles qualité dans le logiciel ERP.
  • Maintenance & Amélioration continue : Assister l'équipe de maintenance dans l'entretien préventif et curatif de la ligne. Participer activement au maintien de l'ordre et de la propreté via des audits 5S.
  • Expérience & Compétences : Vous possédez une première expérience réussie en tant qu'opérateur sur ligne de production ou de profilage. Vous savez lire un plan technique et utiliser des outils de mesure de précision.
  • Compétences techniques : Une aisance avec les outils informatiques (logiciels de production / ERP) est indispensable. La détention d'un brevet ou d'une habilitation pour la conduite de transpalettes électriques est un sérieux atout.
  • Aptitudes personnelles : Rigoureux(se), autonome et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'équipe pour collaborer efficacement avec les différents services internes (Maintenance, Logistique, Qualité).
  • Environnement de travail : Sensible aux règles de sécurité (port des EPI obligatoire). Capable de travailler dans un environnement industriel (bruit, manipulation de charges, utilisation de produits spécifiques).
