Jouw rol als Labomedewerker Als Labomedewerker ben je een onmisbare schakel in onze productie en productontwikkeling. Je maakt kwalitatieve productstalen voor marketing en sales om onze kaarsen te presenteren aan bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met het R&D-team aan innovatieve productontwikkelingen én borg je de kwaliteit van onze grondstoffen en eindproducten.

Wat hou je concreet in?

  • Stalenbeheer: Je maakt productstalen op maat van klantaanvragen en verzorgt de bijbehorende administratie.
  • R&D-ondersteuning: Je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten (blends samenstellen, kleuren ontwikkelen, kaarsen gieten).
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Je voert dagelijks ingangscontroles uit op grondstoffen en componenten, inclusief brandtesten op eindproducten, en rapporteert de resultaten.
  • Interne communicatie: Je koppelt bevindingen, testresultaten of eventuele afwijkingen helder terug naar R&D, Quality en Marketing.
  • Labbeheer: Je zorgt samen met het team voor een schone, georganiseerde en veilige labo- en opslagomgeving.

Jouw motivatie, persoonlijkheid en scherpe oog voor kwaliteit maken het verschil! Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen creatieve R&D-projecten en voelt je net zo thuis in het lab als op de werkvloer in de productie.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma/getuigschrift 3e graad BSO (of A3-niveau).
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en stopt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je functioneert prima zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met kwaliteit en de basiskennis van Excel.
  • Repetitief werk schrikt jou niet af.
  • Pluspunt: Je hebt interesse in of kennis van chemie!
