The posting

Als medewerker retour & kwaliteit zorg je mee voor een correcte stock, volg je kwaliteitsproblemen op en onderzoek je waar fouten in het logistieke proces ontstaan. Het is een gevarieerde functie met zowel administratieve als operationele taken.

Takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten, verpakkingen en magazijnprocessen.
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klachten en kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Onderzoeken van stockafwijkingen, pickingfouten en andere logistieke problemen.
  • Verwerken van retours, stockcleanses en producten die tijdelijk on hold staan.
  • Controleren of de voorraad in het systeem overeenkomt met de werkelijke stock.
  • Analyseren en verwerken van gegevens in Excel (o.a. draaitabellen maken).
  • Rapporteren van je bevindingen in het Nederlands of Engels.
  • Mee zorgen voor orde en netheid op het retourplein en het correct verwerken van afvalstromen.
  • Je bent praktisch én analytisch ingesteld.
  • Je hebt al enige ervaring binnen logistiek, retours en/of kwaliteit.
  • Je kan zeer goed met Excel werken. Enkel gegevens aflezen is niet voldoende: je kan zelf een Excelbestand opbouwen en bijvoorbeeld met draaitabellen, formules, etc. werken.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer en kan professioneel werken met programma's zoals Outlook, Word, SAP, etc.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Engels (en notie Frans).
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en merkt fouten of afwijkingen snel op.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op een professionele manier.
