Wat zal je doen?

  • Beheer en opvolging van het Cubiscan-proces, inclusief het opzetten van rapportages
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt (SPOC) voor systemen zoals QBIT, LOG-IT en BPM
  • Coördinatie van het mobiel meetstation en garanderen van correcte dataverzameling over meerdere sites
  • Opbouw en onderhoud van de WMS-structuur (zones, boxtypes, locatieschema's)
  • Opvolging van uitbreidingen, testen, procesafwijkingen en escalaties naar leveranciers
  • Beheer en optimalisatie van artikeldata, inclusief naamgevingen, policies en datakwaliteit
  • Nauwe samenwerking met aankoop rond ontbrekende of foutieve artikels en ondersteuning van consignatiebeheer
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de digitale voorbereiding van magazijnverhuizingen en coördinatie van praktische wijzigingen waar nodig
  • Ontwikkeling van rapporteringen en dashboards (o.a. Power BI) ter ondersteuning van Logistics & Facility
  • Uitvoeren van proactieve en reactieve troubleshooting binnen logistieke processen en systemen

Wat wordt er verwacht?

  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in logistieke processen, WMS-systemen, ERP-parameters en databeheer
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en legt vlot verbanden tussen systemen, datastromen en procesafhankelijkheden
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en fungeert graag als schakel tussen logistiek, aankoop, IT en operationele teams
  • Je pikt snel nieuwe zaken op, werkt gestructureerd en haalt energie uit het optimaliseren van processen
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je hebt de ambitie om mee te bouwen aan een groeiende organisatie waar digitalisering centraal staat
