Wat zal je doen?

  • Microsoft 365 beheren: Je bouwt mee aan een overzichtelijke werkomgeving binnen Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive en ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van het intranet.
  • Digitale toepassingen ontwikkelen: Je maakt en verbetert toepassingen met Power Apps om interne processen te vereenvoudigen en te digitaliseren.
  • Processen automatiseren: Met Power Automate werk je repetitieve taken en manuele workflows weg waar mogelijk.
  • AI en Copilot inzetten: Je onderzoekt hoe Microsoft Copilot en andere AI-toepassingen medewerkers kunnen ondersteunen en de dagelijkse werking efficiënter maken.
  • Documentbeheer optimaliseren: Je werkt mee aan duidelijke afspraken rond documentbeheer en zorgt ervoor dat gegevens gestructureerd, veilig en toegankelijk blijven. Ook datamigraties behoren tot je taken.
  • Collega's ondersteunen: Je helpt medewerkers met vragen over Microsoft 365 en biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning.
  • Algemene IT-ondersteuning: Je helpt bij het in dienst nemen en uit dienst gaan van medewerkers, waaronder het beheren van gebruikersaccounts, toegangen en toestellen.

Wat wordt er verwacht?

  • Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding en/of certificering binnen IT of een vergelijkbare achtergrond.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, in het bijzonder Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive.
  • Je hebt ervaring met of een sterke interesse in digitale werkplekken, documentbeheer en datamigraties.
  • Je hebt kennis van het Microsoft Power Platform, zoals Power Apps en Power Automate, of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je hebt interesse in Microsoft Copilot, AI-toepassingen en de mogelijkheden van agents.
  • Kennis van Power BI en/of Microsoft Azure is een pluspunt.
  • Je denkt analytisch en procesgericht en vertaalt vragen van collega's naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en gaat zorgvuldig en discreet om met informatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt proactief mee en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor
