Wat zal je doen?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je volgt de prioriteiten en werkzaamheden binnen de Weverij op en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de verschillende betrokkenen.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van kwaliteitswissels, controleert de technische gegevens en parameters van het te produceren weefsel en zorgt dat de juiste informatie beschikbaar is voor productie.
  • Je voert technische analyses van weefsels en kwaliteiten uit en beheert de bijbehorende informatie over instellingen, productieparameters en weefselgegevens.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de werkvloer, spoort afwijkingen op en onderzoekt samen met productie, techniek en kwaliteit de onderliggende oorzaken en mogelijke corrigerende acties.
  • Je volgt productiegegevens, KPI's, rendementen en operationele resultaten van de Weverij en de sterkzaal op via het ERP-systeem en Excel.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte rapportering van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten en verbeteracties.
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij praktische en technische vragen op de werkvloer en helpt mee zoeken naar oplossingen.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan verbeteringen op het vlak van kwaliteit, efficiëntie, rendement en organisatie.
  • Ten slotte ondersteun je de Production Manager bij de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de afdeling.

Wat wordt er verwacht?

  • Je behaalde bij voorkeur een bachelor in een technische richting (textiel, elektro-mechanica, ...), of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in een productieomgeving en voelt je thuis in een functie waar administratie en technische opvolging hand in hand gaan.
  • Kennis van textiel- of weefprocessen is een sterke meerwaarde, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor kwaliteit en procesverbetering.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet verschillende prioriteiten tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Je staat graag dicht bij de werkvloer en communiceert vlot met verschillende collega's en afdelingen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (vooral Excel); ervaring met ERP- of productiesystemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is mooi meegenomen.
