The posting

Als Accountant ondersteun je de analytische boekhouding en sta je mee in voor de voorbereiding van de financiële rapportering. Je werkt nauw samen met de Head of Accounting en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket met verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid.

Taken:

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren en bewaken van de analytische boekhouding.
  • Actief meewerken aan de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële rapporteringen en gebruikmaken van Power BI voor datavisualisatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak, controle en opvolging van budgetten.
  • Maandelijks opstellen van verkoopfacturen op basis van operationele en commerciële gegevens.
  • Nauw samenwerken met Sales om commerciële afspraken correct financieel te verwerken.
  • Uitvoeren van kredietchecks en risicoanalyses voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten.
  • Proactief meedenken over de optimalisatie van systemen en financiële processen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of economische richting, zoals Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Bedrijfsmanagement, Handelswetenschappen, Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen of Handelsingenieur.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudkundige software en administratieve bedrijfssystemen.
  • Ervaring met Exact Globe is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Power BI of andere moderne rapporteringstools.
  • Je hebt kennis van financiële wetgeving, kredietbewaking en risicoanalyse.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je toont initiatief en bewaakt deadlines.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en bent flexibel wanneer omstandigheden veranderen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je werkt graag samen en communiceert op een duidelijke en professionele manier.
