  • Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alles overzichtelijk, up-to-date en traceerbaar blijft.
  • Je verwerkt productiebonnen, controleert offertes en draagt bij aan een efficiënte planning zodat het volledige proces vlot verloopt.
  • Je plant prioritaire bestellingen in overleg met de teamleader en volgt proactief op wanneer informatie ontbreekt of vertraging dreigt.
  • Je verzamelt gegevens voor douanedocumenten, gevarengoederenrapporten en andere administratieve formaliteiten.
  • Je verstrekt duidelijke technische informatie aan klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen, zodat zij altijd correct geïnformeerd zijn.
  • Je volgt het dagelijkse productieproces op, signaleert vertragingen of afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen tijdig op de hoogte zijn.
  • Je organiseert transport en leveringen, stelt de planning op en communiceert proactief met de klant.
  • Wanneer nodig neem je tijdelijke bijkomende taken op om de werking van het team of de organisatie te ondersteunen.

Vereisten

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minstens een 7e jaar optie Logistiek afgerond; een bachelor is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met logistiek en een klantvriendelijke instelling.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Nederlands en Engels spreek je vlot; je hebt een basiskennis Frans en Duits.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt ook makkelijk met je teamleader en collega's.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en wil graag je kennis en vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen.
