Als technisch medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van technische taken en ondersteuning bieden aan het technische team. Je zult betrokken zijn bij het installeren, onderhouden en repareren van technische systemen en apparatuur. Daarnaast zul je ook technische problemen identificeren en oplossen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle systemen optimaal functioneren.

  • Technisch ingesteld en bereid om mee te zoeken naar oplossingen om processen vlotter te laten verlopen.
  • Leergierig en altijd klaar om bij te leren.
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurig kunnen werken.
  • Flexibel.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit is noodzakelijk.
  • Kennis van elektromechanica, pneumatiek, hydraulica, pompen, motoren, lagers, aandrijfriemen, tandwielen, temperatuurregelingen, drukregeling, snelheidsregeling en elektronische regeling is een pluspunt.
  • Kan goed zelfstandig werken.
  • Draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Kennis van PLC's en industriële automatisering is een pluspunt. Je moet zelfstandig kleine projecten kunnen opzetten en bestaande programmaties kunnen aanpassen.

Wij zoeken kandidaten die voldoen aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Technisch onderhoud: Verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging, uitvoering en registratie van technisch onderhoud, zowel preventief als curatief (bijv. smeren van machines, vervangen van messen, vervangen van slijtageonderdelen).
  • Gebouw en infrastructuur: Installatie van nutsleidingen (water, perslucht, vacuüm).
  • Storingen: Oplossen van storingen (zowel elektrisch als mechanisch) en deze registreren in het onderhoudspakket.
  • Waterzuivering: Onderhoud en opvolging van de waterzuivering (bijv. vervangen van filters, nemen van stalen, preventief onderhoud van pompen en motoren).
