Onze klant is een stabiele en technisch uitdagende industriële speler waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en opleiding centraal staan. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je actief bijdraagt aan het beheer van kritieke procesinstallaties en logistieke laadactiviteiten.

Jouw functie

Als Zuurlader ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van verschillende procesinstallaties en het veilig laden van zwavelzuur. Je combineert procesopvolging, inspecties en logistieke activiteiten binnen een industriële productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van geplande inspecties, analyses en metingen op procesinstallaties
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van gaszuiveringen, contacten, ontkwikkingsinstallaties en waterbehandeling
  • Laden van vrachtwagens en schepen met zwavelzuur
  • Beheren en opvolgen van opslagtanks voor zwavelzuur
  • Toepassen van corrigerende maatregelen waar nodig
  • Strikt naleven van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Samenwerken met teamleaders en collega's binnen de dag- en ploegwerking

Je werkt in een afwisselend systeem van dagdienst en 2 ploegen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (A2) in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, mechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving is vereist
  • Ervaring in een procesomgeving is een sterke plus
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, milieu, gezondheid en kwaliteit
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan goed plannen
  • Je hebt een proactieve en verantwoordelijke ingesteldheid
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent bereid de nodige opleidingen te volgen
  • Je hebt inzicht in industriële processen
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkregime en ploegwissels toe
  • Basiskennis van Windows, Excel en Outlook is vereist
  • Kennis van het roosterij- of contactproces is een extra troef
