The posting

Als Maintenance Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en continu verbeteren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en voor de onderhoudsplanning van de lijn. Je zorgt dat er voldoende kennis en technische bekwaamheid aanwezig is door je kennis over te dragen aan de teams op de werkvloer. Het merendeel van je tijd besteed je op de werkvloer.

Als Maintenance Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het:

  • Plannen en organiseren van onderhoudswerken door de nodige werkvoorbereiding: o.m. concreet inplannen van de werkzaamheden, voorzien van vergunningen, laten bestellen van de nodige wisselstukken, interne of externe techniekers inplannen, inschatten van de tijdsduur, afstemmen met planning, coördineren tijdens en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden
  • Meldingen & notificaties in Maecos en SAP dagdagelijks bekijken en prioritiseren
  • Detecteren/oplossen van defecten, waar nodig zelf mee sleutelen
  • Analyse van de storingen om het aantal storingen te verminderen
  • Deelnemen aan de dagelijkse (DDS) en wekelijkse meeting (WDS) door resultaten op onderhoudsvlak te rapporteren en problemen aan te kaarten
  • Ongeplande stilstand minimaliseren door in te zetten op gepland (preventief & predictief) onderhoud.
  • Je bent flexibel in werkuren om de verschillende shiften op regelmatige basis te zien, teneinde de uitrol van IWS te kunnen doen in alle ploegen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stabiliteit op de lijn door continu verbeteren op vlak van maintenance, zoals bijvoorbeeld het bijwerken van onderhoudstechnische documentatie & standaarden, door het onderhoud zo kost- en tijdsefficiënt mogelijk in te plannen, enz.
  • Je bouwt samen met de Line lead en Process lead aan de kennis & competenties van de operatoren & techniekers door coaching & training on-the-job.

Volgende competenties typeren je als Maintenance Lead:

  • Je bezit minimum een bachelor diploma Elektromechanica en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt technische geloofwaardigheid en straalt dit uit op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt analytische skills & een probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Je bent pragmatisch, resultaatgericht en beschikt over organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je voelt je eigenaar van je werkdomein en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent een actief luisteraar en communiceert effectief
  • Je hebt een voorbeeldfunctie en je kan je collega's enthousiasmeren
