The posting

Je helpt bij het plaatsen van kunststof leidingen onder de grond en stalen leidingen boven de grond, helemaal op maat van de klant. Denk aan het aanleggen van ondergrondse leidingen en opslagtanks voor tankstations ,lekdetectie en inspectie van bestaande installaties.De eerste weken ga je elke dag op pad met een van onze ervaren installateurs, waarvan je ongetwijfeld veel zal leren. Je vertrekt vanuit ons depot in Lier, die je met eigen vervoer bereikt. We werken over heel België, dus je komt op uiteenlopende werkplekken terecht. Je werkt zoveel mogelijk op een werf of naar een locatie van de klant.Je werkzaamhedenVeiligheid en milieu heeft altijd de eerste prioriteit.Bouwen van tankstations en industriele installaties zoals bijvoorbeeld plaatsen van tanks en het aansluiten van zuig-,verluchtings-, en vulleidingen.Vernieuwen en herstellen van bestaande installaties bijvoorbeeld door het vervangen van ondergrondse leidingen, en het herstellen van vertreksbochten op mangaten volgens de nieuwste milieunormen.Monteren van leidingen, flenzen en toebehoren volgens een aangeleverd stappenplan en schema's.Uitvoeren van elektrolassen aan kunstofbuizen (zoals ellebogen en eindstukken).Draadsnijden en monteren van hulpstukken aan bovengrondse gegalvaniseerd leidingenKabels trekken en ondersteuning bieden bij elektromechanische werken.Altijd werken volgens de veiligheidsregels en met gebruik van PBM's.

Secundair diploma in een technische richting (mechanica/pijpfitten/metaalbewerking/elektriciteit) of gelijkwaardig door werkervaring.Vlot begrijpen en gebruiken van technische plannen, tekeningen en schema's.Ervaring met buizen op maat maken, montagewerken, draadsnijden zijn een pluspunt.Ervaring met het controleren van lekken en druktesten zijn ook een plus.Rijbewijs B (C/E is mooi meegenomen).VCA attest is een plus.Werken in kleine ruimtes en op hoogte schrikt jou niet af.Je werkt zelfstandig én goed in team.Je denkt in oplossingen en streeft naar kwaliteit .Flexibel ingesteld.
