Voor onze klant, een snelgroeiende producent van (non-)alcoholische dranken met klanten over de hele wereld, zijn we op zoek naar een productiemedewerker in de bereiding (2-ploegen). Jouw functie:Als medewerker in de bereiding ben je een cruciale schakel in het productieproces. Jij staat mee aan de basis van kwaliteitsvolle dranken door recepten correct te bereiden en het proces nauwgezet op te volgen. Veiligheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit staan daarbij steeds centraal.Jouw taken- Nauwkeurig bereiden van recepten volgens vaste instructies en planning- Bewaken van de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het productieproces- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de bereidingen- Ontvangen en controleren van grondstoffen, opvolgen van voorraden en vervaldata- Meewerken aan het afvullen van (non-)alcoholische dranken- Opleiding en verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige stookproces, inclusief het reinigen van installaties- Zorgen voor orde, netheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer

- Je beschikt minstens over een A2-diploma, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie (bv. voeding, chemie, bereider, operator)- Ervaring met BRC, IFS of andere kwaliteitssystemen is een plus- Je hebt oog voor detail en een sterke focus op kwaliteit- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands- Je bent bereid te werken in een wisselend ploegenstelsel (vroege en late ploeg)- Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt graag initiatief
