Voor een onderneming actief in logistieke dienstverlening en duurzaam beheer zoeken we een logistiek administratief medewerker/ transportplanner. In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je administratieve taken met het organiseren en opvolgen van transporten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op wieltjes loopt en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënte dagelijkse werking.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van de planning, waaronder de voorbereiding van de facturatie en loonadministratie.
  • Je staat in voor weegbrugwerk en algemene administratieve taken.
  • Je helpt mee bij het opmaken van een efficiënte dagplanning.
  • Je geeft de nodige opdrachten door aan de chauffeurs en volgt de correcte uitvoering ervan op.

Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en organisatorisch talent zorg je mee voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en een goede samenwerking met de chauffeurs en collega's.

  • Je hebt een diploma binnen administratie op zak.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige administratieve of logistieke functie.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over een goed organisatorisch en geografisch inzicht.
  • Je bent vlot met courante IT-toepassingen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met collega's en chauffeurs.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
