The posting

Voor een bedrijf te Kontich zijn wij op zoek naar een boekhouder A tot Y.

Je staat in voor:

Je boekt en controleert de aankoopfacturen via Scansys (OCR) en Exact Globe.

Je verwerkt de bankafschriften en financiële verrichtingen en houdt de afpunting van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen actueel.

Je maakt verkoopfacturen en creditnota's op, controleert ze en verstuurt ze correct en tijdig, onder meer via Peppol.

Je importeert en controleert de verkoop- en loonboekingen en stemt ze af met de bronsystemen en het sociaal secretariaat.

Na een inwerkperiode bereid je de leveranciersbetalingen voor.

Je ondersteunt de opvolging van de openstaande klantenposten.

Je beheert de vaste activa en de afschrijvingen.

Je boekt de intercompanyverrichtingen en stemt de onderlinge posities af met de andere vennootschappen van de groep in België, Nederland, Frankrijk en Italië.

Je bereidt de maandafsluiting voor binnen de afgesproken afsluitkalender: over te dragen en toe te rekenen posten, provisies en afschrijvingen.

Je stemt de balansrekeningen af en documenteert ze, zodat de balans klaar is voor nazicht. Je levert de dossiers en toelichtingen aan voor de jaarafsluiting, de bedrijfsrevisor en de externe adviseurs.

Je stelt de periodieke btw-aangiftes, de intracommunautaire opgaves, de Intrastat-aangiftes en de jaarlijkse klantenlisting op en controleert ze, in een omgeving met veel grensoverschrijdende goederenstromen.

Je bewaakt de correcte toepassing van de btw-regels en van e-invoicing (Peppol) in de dagelijkse verwerking.

Je bent het boekhoudkundige aanspreekpunt voor collega's van aankoop, verkoop en de vestigingen.

Je hebt een opleiding in boekhouding en reeds relevante ervaring opgedaan.

Je hebt ervaring met Exact Globe. Kennis van Silverfin is een plus.

Je hebt grondige kennis van de basis boekhoudkundige taken (afschrijvingen, verwerking lonen, klanten-en leveranciersboekhouding, opstellen en controleren van BTW- en intracommunautaire aangifte,...).

Je hebt een goede kennis van fiscale wetgeving (bent op de hoogte van de courante btw beperkingen).

Je bent IT-minded, analytisch, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.

Je bent vlot in Excel en Outlook.

Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte en proactieve mindset.

Je heb een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans.
