Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Als Brigadier Logistiek ben je de spilfiguur in de dagelijkse werking van fr logistieke afdeling. Je combineert operationele aansturing, teamcoaching en logistieke coördinatie om te zorgen dat grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten veilig, efficiënt en tijdig worden aan- en afgevoerd.

Je waakt over een vlotte werkorganisatie, stuurt je team aan op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, service en efficiëntie worden behaald.

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de logistieke activiteiten binnen jouw ploeg, afgestemd op de planning en bezetting.
  • Je vertaalt de operationele planning naar concrete taken voor het team en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt een optimale personeelsbezetting (aanwezigheden, competenties, multi-inzetbaarheid).
  • Je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt logistiek medewerkers, inclusief onboarding van nieuwe collega's.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking en communicatie met andere afdelingen zoals productie, dispatching, kwaliteit, onderhoud en HSE.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte ploegoverdracht en duidelijke communicatie tussen de verschillende shiften.
  • Je volgt de prestaties van het team op (KPI's, voortgang, kwaliteit, efficiëntie) en rapporteert afwijkingen.
  • Je grijpt snel en doeltreffend in bij operationele problemen of last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Je waakt strikt over veiligheid, orde en netheid in het magazijn en ziet toe op het correct gebruik van materiaal (o.a. vorkliften).
  • Je stimuleert verbetervoorstellen en optimalisaties op de werkvloer.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je combineert een logistieke achtergrond met relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een logistieke of operationele omgeving, eventueel in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je bent een sterke organisator die prioriteiten kan stellen en onder druk het overzicht bewaart.
  • Je beschikt over uitgesproken people skills: coachend, motiverend en communicatief sterk.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwerking draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Voldoende talenkennis van het Nederlands en het Engels om effectief te communiceren met collega's, kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bij voorkeur met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP)
  • Bereidheid om in een tweeploegensysteem te werken (05h – 13h en van 13h - 21h).
