Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een klantendienstmedewerker voor verschillende projecten die klanten professioneel en vriendelijk verder helpt in het Nederlands, Frans en Duits. Je werkt in een vaste weekend- en nachtploeg en bent ook tijdens de late en vroege uren een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten.

Je luistert aandachtig naar de klant, analyseert de vraag en zorgt telkens voor een correcte en professionele oplossing. Dankzij de verschillende klanten en sectoren waarvoor je werkt, is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde.

Jouw taken:

  • Beantwoord je inkomende telefoons en klantenvragen.
  • Informeer en ondersteun je klanten in het Nederlands, Frans, Duits en Engels.
  • Luister je actief naar de klant en analyseer je de vraag of het probleem.
  • Bied je een passende en klantgerichte oplossing.
  • Registreer je klantendossiers nauwkeurig en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Verzorg je indien nodig de juiste doorverwijzing en administratieve opvolging.
  • Draag je actief bij aan een uitstekende klanttevredenheid en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
  • Werk je voor verschillende klanten en sectoren, waardoor je job veel variatie biedt.

Jouw werkregime

Je werkt in een vaste weekendploeg.

  • 2 weken op 3: zaterdag en zondag van 08u00 tot 20u00.
  • De 3de week: zaterdag, zondag én maandag van 08u00 tot 20u00.

Dit unieke uurrooster biedt je een groot voordeel: je werkt voornamelijk in het weekend en hebt doorheen de week veel vrije tijd.

Klanten helpen zit in jouw DNA. Je communiceert vlot, blijft rustig in verschillende situaties en krijgt energie van een afwisselend klantencontact.

  • Kan je klanten vlot verder helpen in het Duits en Engels.
  • Beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Heb je een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Werk je vlot met verschillende computerapplicaties.
  • Ben je nauwkeurig, professioneel en verantwoordelijk.
  • Ben je flexibel en bereid om te werken in een weekend- en nachtregime.
