The posting

Door de groeiende verkoop van onze verspanende CNC-metaalbewerkingsmachines in de Benelux versterken we ons serviceteam op korte termijn. Ben jij geboeid door de digitale technologie achter geavanceerde machines? Als Electronic Service Engineer verdiep je je in de Mitsubishi-sturing, analyseer je ladderdiagrammen en beheer je de digitale netwerkomgeving van onze CNC-machines.

  • Als Electronic Service Engineer ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in Nederland en België.
  • Je analyseert complexe storingen met behulp van ladderdiagrammen, identificeert defecte modules en vervangt deze indien nodig.
  • Je voert firmware-upgrades en software-updates uit op Mazak-besturingen en Mitsubishi-drives.
  • Je configureert en onderhoudt de netwerkverbindingen van CNC-machines om een vlotte gegevensoverdracht en betrouwbare systeemcommunicatie te garanderen.
  • Je beheert machineparameters en back-ups om de productiecontinuïteit en maximale machinebeschikbaarheid te verzekeren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig bij klanten, maar kunt steeds rekenen op de technische ondersteuning en expertise van een ervaren team.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een opleiding en/of werkervaring op mbo-niveau.
  • Ervaring als Service Engineer binnen de verspanende CNC-metaalbewerking is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond in elektrotechniek en CNC-architectuur.
  • Je hebt een goed logisch inzicht en kunt vlot overweg met PLC-logica en systeemdiagnose.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van IT en begrijpt IP-configuraties, netwerkprotocollen en de integratie van machines in bedrijfsnetwerken.
  • Ervaring met de hardware-opbouw van Mitsubishi (MDS-series) is een grote troef.
  • Je bent klantgericht, werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent voltijds beschikbaar.
