Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met oog voor detail? Als General Administrator speel je een cruciale rol binnen een van de operationele of ondersteunende afdelingen (zoals HESS, Sales, ITA of Customer Service).

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beheren van diverse documenten en biedt onmisbare ondersteuning aan jouw team. Door jouw precisie en efficiënte werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen en deadlines worden gehaald.Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen van documenten volgens vastgelegde richtlijnen.
  • Data registreren, rapportages voorbereiden en controleren, en waar nodig bijsturen.
  • Archieven en klassementen beheren en toegankelijk houden.
  • Allerlei administratieve taken uitvoeren ter ondersteuning van je team en leidinggevende.
  • Mailboxen beheren en opzoekwerk verrichten.
  • Deadlines bewaken en zorgen voor een vlekkeloze administratieve verwerking.
