The posting

Als Administratief Medewerker Transport zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve verwerking van transportopdrachten correct en tijdig verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerking van transportgegevens: je verwerkt de uitgevoerde ritten en zorgt ervoor dat transporteurs correct en tijdig worden uitbetaald.
  • Opvolging van boetes: je verwerkt eventuele boetes en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig worden betaald en correct worden doorgerekend aan de betrokken partijen.
  • Facturatie: je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking van inkomende leveranciersfacturen.
  • POD-administratie: je volgt de nodige transportdocumenten en bewijzen van levering (Proof of Delivery) op en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie volledig is.
  • Contact met transporteurs: je onderhoudt sporadisch telefonisch contact met vervoerders om informatie op te vragen of administratieve zaken af te stemmen.
  • Algemene administratie: je bewaakt de nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid van de dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende administratieve processen vlot verlopen.

We zoeken een gemotiveerde en nauwkeurige kandidaat die graag administratief werk combineert met een interesse in transport en logistiek.

Daarnaast beschik je over volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Je hebt minstens een A2-diploma en voelt je aangetrokken tot de wereld van logistiek, transport en scheepvaart.
  • Je hebt een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met Microsoft Excel en Word. Vooral een sterke kennis van Excel is belangrijk.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt graag met cijfers en gegevens.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zodat facturen, ritten en transportdocumenten correct verwerkt worden.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, flexibel en neemt je verantwoordelijkheden ernstig.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt en bijleert van collega's.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, positief ingesteld en gaat met enthousiasme aan de slag.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, blijft rustig bij drukte en denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer er zich problemen voordoen.

Ervaring binnen transport of logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar je krijgt de kans om de specifieke werkzaamheden en systemen grondig aan te leren.
