Dan is deze functie als Klantendienstmedewerker voor het ING-project in Mechelen misschien iets voor jou.

Je ondersteunt ING-klanten bij hun dagelijkse bankzaken en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant op een professionele, correcte en geruststellende manier wordt geholpen. Ervaring in een contactcenter of banksector is niet vereist: dankzij een uitgebreide, betaalde, opleiding krijg je alle kennis en vaardigheden die je nodig hebt om succesvol te starten.

Jouw functie

Als Klantendienstmedewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ING-klanten. Je behandelt uitsluitend inkomende oproepen en zorgt daarnaast voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van ieder klantcontact.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van inkomende oproepen over dagelijkse bankverrichtingen.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen over bankkaarten, rekeningen en digitale bankdiensten.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij problemen met de ING Banking-app en online banking.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij verloren, geblokkeerde of ingeslikte bankkaarten.
  • Klanten begeleiden wanneer zij slachtoffer zijn geworden van phishing of fraude.
  • Elk klantcontact correct registreren en administratief verwerken.
  • Actief luisteren naar de klant en gericht zoeken naar een passende oplossing.
  • Klanten op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier informeren en geruststellen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie hoef je geen ervaring in de banksector te hebben. We vinden vooral je motivatie, klantgerichtheid en communicatieve vaardigheden belangrijk.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs (A2).
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot, duidelijk en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je luistert actief en weet rustig te blijven, ook in moeilijke situaties.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel werken met nieuwe systemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en georganiseerd.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar tussen 8u30 en 17u30.
  • Je bent bereid gemiddeld één zaterdag per maand en één zaterdagavond per drie maanden te werken.
