The posting

Voor een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf in Waregem zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde logistieke medewerkers voor de afdeling verpakking/prepack.

Als logistiek medewerker sta je in voor het correct en zorgvuldig verpakken van onderdelen. Je volgt hierbij de instructies in het systeem en de bijhorende verpakkingsfiche. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat de verpakte goederen op de juiste locatie terechtkomen, zodat het logistieke proces vlot blijft verlopen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verpakken van onderdelen volgens de vooropgestelde richtlijnen.
  • Controleren of de goederen correct en zorgvuldig verpakt zijn.
  • Verplaatsten en doorsturen van goederen naar de juiste locatie.
  • Werken met een computersysteem om de nodige informatie te raadplegen en te verwerken.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, orde en nauwkeurigheid van je werk.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en ondersteuning bieden waar nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte werking en een vlotte doorstroom van de goederen.

Ervaring binnen de logistiek is geen vereiste. Ook schoolverlaters en kandidaten die na een stabiele werkervaring graag een nieuwe richting willen inslaan, zijn van harte welkom.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste werkmentaliteit en motivatie. Een eerste ervaring in de logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. Ook schoolverlaters en kandidaten die graag een nieuwe richting inslaan, komen in aanmerking.

Wat maakt iemand geschikt voor deze job?

  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zodat instructies vlot begrepen en opgevolgd kunnen worden.
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en geen schrik om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Fysiek werk en het regelmatig heffen en tillen van goederen vormen geen probleem.
  • Vlot overweg kunnen met een computer.
  • Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werken, met aandacht voor orde en een correcte afwerking.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed kunnen werken.
  • Instructies correct kunnen opvolgen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het eigen werk.
  • Een betrouwbare, gemotiveerde en positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Zin om bij te leren en deel uit te maken van een hecht logistiek team.

Kortom: ervaring is geen vereiste, de juiste ingesteldheid wél. Met motivatie, betrouwbaarheid en een gezonde portie werklust kom je hier al een heel eind!
