Je zorgt ervoor dat al het materiaal tijdig beschikbaar is, correct wordt gecontroleerd en op de juiste plaats terechtkomt. Dankzij jouw inzet verloopt de magazijnwerking vlot en kunnen collega's met het juiste materiaal aan de slag.

  • Materiaal voorbereiden: Je verzamelt aan de hand van materiaallijsten de juiste benodigdheden en controleert of alles volledig en klaar voor gebruik is.
  • Retourmateriaal verwerken: Je controleert het teruggebrachte materiaal en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes op de juiste plaats wordt opgeborgen.
  • Materiaal controleren en onderhouden: Je test apparatuur, reinigt materiaal en voert kleine herstellingen uit waar mogelijk.
  • Laden en lossen: Je helpt bij het laden en lossen van bestelwagens en vrachtwagens.
  • Het magazijn organiseren: Je zorgt voor een overzichtelijk, ordelijk en netjes magazijn waar alles vlot terug te vinden is.
  • De voorraad opvolgen: Je voert inventarisaties uit, houdt de voorraad in de gaten en signaleert tijdig tekorten, defecten of beschadigingen.
  • Nieuw materiaal verwerken: Je labelt en registreert nieuwe apparatuur, zodat alles correct in het magazijn wordt opgenomen.
  • Transporten uitvoeren: Af en toe ga je zelf op pad om materiaal op te halen of af te leveren.

Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse magazijnwerking. Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt verloopt. Tijdens drukke periodes kun je rekenen op ondersteuning van technici, maar meestal beheer je jouw taken en planning zelf.

Belangrijk om te weten: dit is een actieve, hands-on functie waarin je vooral praktisch aan de slag gaat met materiaal. Het is geen administratieve kantoorjob en ook geen functie waarin technische herstellingen centraal staan. Je zorgt er in de eerste plaats voor dat het materiaal correct wordt klaargezet, gecontroleerd, opgeslagen en vervoerd.

  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en je eigen werkzaamheden organiseren.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en controleert zorgvuldig of alles compleet en correct is.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en begrijpt het belang van een correcte voorbereiding.
  • Je houdt van orde en netheid en zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn overzichtelijk blijft.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en houdt van fysiek en actief werk.
  • Je kunt de fysieke taken van de functie uitvoeren waaronder vrachtwagens laden en lossen.
  • Je kunt goed Nederlands lezen, spreken en begrijpen, onder andere voor het verwerken van lijsten en het opvolgen van instructies.
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B.
  • We houden van mensen die initiatief nemen, afspraken nakomen en trots zijn op goed uitgevoerd werk.

Een grote plus, maar geen vereiste:

  • Ervaring als magazijnier of magazijnverantwoordelijke.
  • Technische kennis van professioneel geluid, licht of video.
  • Rijbewijs C, een bijzonder grote troef.
  • Een heftruckattest.
