The posting

Als onderhouds- en storingstechnieker staat men in voor het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van de site en wordt er kordaat ingegrepen bij technische storingen.

De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het garanderen van de optimale werking en perfecte staat van het machinepark door middel van structureel nazicht en tijdige vervanging van onderdelen.
  • Samenwerken met collega-techniekers voor het volledige elektrische en mechanische onderhoud van geavanceerde magazijnsystemen (zoals high-bay kranen, OSR-shuttles, pallet conveyors, rollenbanen en verpakkingsmachines).
  • Zelfstandig opzoeken en implementeren van duurzame oplossingen bij technische storingen.
  • Ondersteunen, begeleiden en meewerken aan interventies van externe onderaannemers om een veilige en vlotte werkuitvoering te verzekeren.
  • Nauwkeurig registreren, opvolgen en rapporteren van technische gegevens met betrekking tot wisselstukken, verbruikte materialen en het recurrente onderhoud van kritische componenten.
  • Een afgeronde opleiding in de richtings elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Een proactieve, methodische en gedocumenteerde werkhouding waarbij veiligheid en prioriteiten stellen centraal staan.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig en georganiseerd te functioneren.
  • Een nauwkeurige, probleemoplossende en kritische blik met oog voor verbetervoorstellen.
  • Een flexibele, leergierige mentaliteit en een sterke teamspirit.
  • Een basiskennis van het Duits of Engels voor vlotte communicatie met de supportdienst van de installaties.
  • Bereidheid om in een tweeploegenstelsel (vroege en late) te werken.
