The posting

Als operator ben je verantwoordelijke voor het afkleven, coaten, assembleren, ....

Je wordt voor alle deeltaken opgeleid met als doel te kunnen roteren in het team volgens een beurtrol.

De hoofdtaken bestaan uit:

• Lezen en naleven van de instructie in de PO. Tekeningen kunnen lezen en interpreteren.

• Controleren of alle voorgaande stappen op de PO werden afgetekend en afgemeld.

• (Visuele) eindcontrole van de producten en aftoetsen t.o.v. de PO alvorens aan de eigen bewerking te starten.

Dit dient herhaalt te worden bij het beëindigen van de eigen taak.

• Nodige controlemetingen uitvoeren en registreren.

• Rapporteren van gepresteerde uren en verantwoording afleggen hiervoor.

• Onderhouden en kuisen van materiaal en werkzones.

• Signaleren/escaleren en ingrijpen wanneer er zich problemen voordoen.

Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader:

• In team samenwerken met je collega's (eigen team, andere ploegen, andere afdelingen, leidinggevenden).

• Zorgen voor een goede ploegoverdracht.

• Als de planning het vereist: uitvoeren van alternatieve/andere productietaken o.a. afvullen, persen, inpakken...

Respecteren en uitdragen van het veiligheidsbeleid en de huisregels van ons bedrijf:

o Dragen van de juiste PBM's o Continue aandacht voor veiligheid op de werkvloer

o Bijdragen aan orde en netheid op de werkvloer o Collega's wijzen op onveilige handelingen en sensibiliseren tot veilig gedrag

o Het volgen van veiligheidsinstructies aan de machines en werkcenters o Het gebruik van veiligheidssloten bij interventies o Voorbeeldfunctie inzake veiligheid o Actieve rol in het 5S programma

▪ Je hebt een sterke focus op kwaliteit en werkt uitermate nauwkeurig volgens de geldende procedures.

▪ Daarnaast beschrijf je jezelf als: een teamplayer, flexibel, doorzetter, en resultaatgericht .

▪ Je bent bereid te werken in ploegen.

▪ Je bent stipt en werkt uitermate nauwkeurig volgens de geldende procedures.

▪ Je bent (fysiek) in staat om in het rotatiesysteem te stappen van deze afdeling.
