The posting

  • Instaan voor de préverloning, verloning en postverloning van havenarbeiders en ALD'ers.
  • Controleren en verwerken van tijdsregistraties, timetables, verlof, ziekte en andere afwezigheden.
  • Verwerken van Dimona-aangiftes en andere loon- en personeelsadministratie.
  • Controleren van loonlijsten en verwerken van premies en functieverloningen.
  • Verwerken van ploeglijsten en uitvoeren van correcties in de loonberekening.
  • Berekenen van onder andere eindejaarspremies.
  • Doorsturen van loonaangiftes naar de verschillende sociale secretariaten.
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van personeelsgegevens, zoals adreswijzigingen, rekeningnummers, tijdskrediet en opleidingen.
  • Verwerken van dossiers rond onder andere economische werkloosheid.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van havenarbeiders en ALD'ers over loon, planning en sociale wetgeving.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne medewerkers en externe partners.
  • Opladen en verwerken van de loonkost in de relevante systemen.
  • Opmaken van maandelijkse loonresultaten en standaardrapporteringen.
  • Opstellen van ad-hocrapporteringen voor verschillende afdelingen.
  • Meewerken aan een positief en actief aanwezigheidsbeleid.
  • Ondersteunen van het bredere HR-proces waar nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan het kwaliteit-, veiligheids- en milieumanagementsysteem.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in personeelswerk of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt interesse in payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Kennis van payroll en de basis van sociale wetgeving is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid je verder te verdiepen in de verschillende havencodexen en specifieke regelgeving.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kunt vlot omgaan met verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je hebt de nodige maturiteit om professioneel te communiceren met havenarbeiders en ALD'ers.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines.
  • Je kunt goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel en resultaatgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen in team.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met Excel en Outlook.
