Ben jij een geboren leider met technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit? Neem je graag het voortouw, steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen en weet je een team te motiveren om samen sterke resultaten neer te zetten? Dan is deze functie als ploegbaas in de staalbouw iets voor jou!

Samen met je ploeg sta je in voor de montage van uiteenlopende staalconstructies en industriële gebouwen in België en het buitenland. Je combineert meewerken op de werf met het aansturen en begeleiden van je collega-monteurs. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en oplossingsgerichte aanpak verlopen de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met de werfleider. Je houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Ook werken op hoogte, tot ongeveer 10 meter, schrikt je niet af.

  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in de metaalbouw en/of montage van staalconstructies.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt een praktische, hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en weet een team op een positieve manier aan te sturen, te coachen en te motiveren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en stelt veiligheid altijd voorop.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af en je hebt geen hoogtevrees (werken op 10m hoogte vormt geen probleem).
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar werven in België en het buitenland.

Extra troeven:

  • Ervaring met een vrachtwagenkraan, autolaadkraan of hoogwerker.
  • Een rijbewijs C.
  • Kennis van het Frans.
